Dan’s work is efficient. He provides clear explanations, neatly maintains his workspace and has an excellent work ethic with successful outcome. All the jobs we hired Dan to do were top notch.

Dan has been been my plumber for 20+ years. Dan is scheduled to come to my home twice a year. In the fall to service my boiler for the winter and in the spring just prior to our heavy rainy season to service my back flow preventer, sump pump, and general plumbing check. Prior to Dan working at my home, I experienced 3 basement backups and a finicky boiler. I have followed all of Dan's recommendations which have resolved the basement backups. He has also been able to keep my finicky boiler system working properly and efficiently. Dan has been dependable, reasonable and very trustworthy. If it wasn't for Dan and his family moving he would still be my plumber. I highly recommend Dan. My loss is someone else's win. My best wishes to Dan and his family.

My experience working with Absolute Plumbing was phenomenal! I recently moved into a new place where, after a few weeks in, I kept hearing a hissing noise coming from my walls (not to mention my water bills were larger than I expected.) I reached out to Absolute Plumbing for investigation (per a friend’s recommendation) and Absolute was quickly able to find that I had a break in my water line. I wasn’t ecstatic to hear my new home was already having plumbing troubles, but the plumber that Absolute sent out, Dan, was friendly, knowledgeable and most importantly able to resolve the break and go over any and all aspects of the work involved. I’ve had some not so great plumbers in the past, and Dan insured my confidence in the service like no other. Stellar first time working with Absolute, would highly recommend.

It went great. Dan Moss is the best plumber we have ever hired. His knowledge of all aspects of plumbing is amazing. He pointed out problems and explained the correct way to fix them to avoid water damage issues.

I noticed I was having some pluming issues I called Absolute Plumbing and Boiler on Wednesday and Dan Moss was there on Thursday morning he showed up promptly at the time I was told he would be there he was very professional and knew exactly what the problem was he came prepared to fix the problem with all of his supplies on his truck now that's the BEST PLUMER service I have experienced I would recommend Absolute Plumbing and Boiler to everyone in the Summerville area

Dan was very professional. When I initially called him about my issues, he thought that it might be a drain problem so he suggested someone to come and camera the lines. Turns out the lines were fine. I called him back and he came out to the house to look things over and find the cause of my flooding. I explained to him that was happening when it rained heavily, that water would overflow the sump pump resevoir and also come up through the utility tub. He tested the lines by putting in dye and seeing if it came back, which it did not. He tested the sump pump by recreating an overflow situation. This is when he discovered that the pump was losing prime and that the back flow's on both the sump and backup pumps were both defective. He also explained that whoever did the plumbing the first time should have had 2 separate lines for the main and back up pumps. He didn't try to upcharge me or sell me something that I didn't need, which was so refressing! When he came out fix everything he was on time and very professional. He did everything he said he was going to do and far exceeded my expectations. I would definitely recommend him to anyone with plumbing issues!

Would highly recommend him for any plumbing job. Was very courteous and professional. Called him at 2:30, was here at 3:30 and did all the work and cleaned up in a little over an hour. Went through everything he was doing and explained how it worked, as I wasn't familiar being a new homeowner.
