+ -1 moreCalled for service at 9AM. Dispatcher said the tech would call in the next 10 to 20 minutes to set up a time. Got a call back in 10 minutes and set an appointment for 1PM the same day. I was given the service call charge right away so there was no doubt about what that part of the trip would cost. Actually arrived around 11AM. Found the cracked line in a few minutes and fixed it. Checked my second unit as well as a preventive measure. All the fluid had leaked out of the non-performing unit so it needed a full charge and the air purged from the lines. Took about an hour. I also asked that the second unit be checked also and it also needed fluid too. Explained that sometimes when a new unit is installed it may not have a completely full charge. Also took the time to give me some pointers on how to keep the unit running efficiently. Turns out the service tech was the owner of the company. Very professional, courteous and thorough. Price paid was very reasonable considering what was done.
Description of Work: Repaired cracked Freon line and recharged system. Checked operation.
