We are a family owned full-service general contractor. We employ some of the finest craftsmen in the industry. Any work that we subcontract out is done through a competitive bid process using trusted craftsmen from an approved list of whom we have worked with before.This ensures you the lowest price for the job without sacrificing on quality, safety, or time. We work to the highest standards and do not ask for final payment until all punch items have been completed. We do not charge for estimates and will look at any project, big or small. We offer lump sum and cost plus contracts. Some jobs are done hourly, it all depends on the nature of the work. We have an extensive customer list along with testimonialsavailable upon request. Several of our clients have agreed to be listed on our referals list with both their phone number and email available in case you would like to contact them regarding their experience using Sea Island Builders.

While we didn't retain their services, they were very professional, great references. We were in the enviable position of having two great companies to choose from
Description of Work: While we did not actually retain Sea Builder's services, they were one of two finalist. During the bidding process they were very professional. They submitted a very realistic and competitive bid and had great references. We liked both both our final two companies and would have felt very comfortable hiring them.
