Serge is a fantastic electrician and a true professional. Serge was very responsive from start to finish and was.able.to address my project quickly. My project was fairly detailed and required multiple switches and a whole new circuit run for a ceiling fan as well. Serge came first to discuss my project aspirations and what I was hoping to achieve. He was extremely knowledgeable and knew the limitations of my pre-existing wiring and was able to accurately explain why some aspects of my ultimate project goals were unachievable without removing drywall. With his advice and prior planning my project turned out even better than I imagined. Following our initial consultation meeting Serge purchased the required supplies. Again he was responsive and was back 48 hours later to perform the work. He arrived precisely when he said he would and had all the needed supplies. Serge goes above and beyond to minimize damage, he even crawled behind a wall in my basement so I'd have a few less holes to patch. In addition he is extremely focused on being tidy and he always makes sure to clean up after himself as.he works. Serge was extremely thorough and didn't rush through any part of the project. One example of his attention to detail and care is that he even re-anchored the circular drywall cutouts he needed to make with wood inside the wall cavity, so patching and repairing his work was a breeze. While he was working he told me that electricians have a technique to identify their work apart from anyone else. I'll never know what his unique identifier is, because frankly he was so good, you'd never know he was here! I wholeheartedly endorse Serge, he's hardworking, honest, funny, and most importantly he's a normal guy who genuinely cares.about what he does.

This was the most painless experience we've ever had with any kind of contractor. Everything was straight forward with our communications and the work was done professionally and quickly. We'd recommend Surge electrical to anyone in this area who needs work done...

Serge and Reuben were very kind and professional. They showed up on time, managed the permits and inspections in record time. AND got the power company in my area on board in record time also! This in the middle of storm damage all over our town! When there were some issues with wiring (as there always is in a house built initially in 1940 and added to in no apparent plan, quirky but cool!) Serge explained them to me and we came up with a plan and though he could have, didn't charge me for the extra effort. We discussed some future projects as the remodel goes forward and he ran wires for them so it will be a go when we get there. I couldn't have asked for better service, better communication, better replacement equipment and better understanding when I wanted to change things on the fly. He will be my go to guy for all future projects and I would recommend him highly and plan to with everyone I know. He does commercial and residential and is truly a part of the pro family now
