He was kind, considerate, and detailed oriented. When he came he inspected and gave me a list of options, what could be wrong, and answered pricing questions (as I was concerned about the cost). Again very patient! He was respectful of my home and myself, I felt very safe as a single woman. He was kind to my senior dog as well. I can't wait to hire him again for more work.
