Premier Granite

The punctuality was great. They did have to come back out, and fix something though. They had to re-level a couple of shelves. They were very quick to respond and come back out fix that. Overall we are happy, and it was a good price.

Installation went fine, however, problem was with the invoice. We questioned Terry about price of granite, and if price included everything including installation. After work was done, we saw we were charged an extra $150 for installation and an extra $50 for drilling three holes, and an extra $150 for drilling sink holes on wetbar. We were also charged an extra $100 for the sink in the wetbar. We were not happy at all. The quality of the granite on countertop was not of good quality. The backsplash had to be replaced. We called back to question the extra charges, and the Terry stated that they did NOT say that everything was included for one price. Terry wouldn't consider any compromise on pricing. Was just told that the pricing was just gonna be the way it is.

stalThere We found a slab that we liked at Premier and couldn't find it at any other source locally. Upon installation, they drilled the holes for the sink way too close together and off-center. Then we discover the cut out for the stove is too large. My calls go unanswered and no response from Terri or Chad. Professionals measure twice and cut once...they cut twice without measuring properly. Now the "lifetime" sealers want to seal it without caulking the gaps and before a backsplash is in place. The Granite Seal is applied by a husband/wife team who like to work after hours. They came the same day of our botched installation to seal our counters before caulking/backsplash. A man had my wife sign at least a dozen times on forms without allowing her any time to read them. When I objected, he became very defensive immediately. He tried to leave with all the signed paperwork. I had to stand in his way and insist that the papers be destroyed. He said he had a shredder back at his office(home/office) He then decided he would just tear them up in front of us. Our contract reflects a $352.00 for this seal and they won't answer or return calls. Do not believe anything you hear from these idiots

I met Teri Shreve with Premier Granite at a local granite wholesale warehouse while I was trying to select granite for my home office. At the time I was working with a salesperson from another granite company but he did not accompany me to the warehouse. I observed Teri showing her clients around and explaining the pricing. She seemed very professional and knowledgeable about the granite. When she finished with her clients I ask her to price the slab I liked. I explained that I was working with another salesperson but wanted to compare. She gave me a quote without knowing what the others would quote. Her price $1650, theirs was over $2800. I did add another piece from the same slab later for a large bathroom vanity, She agreed to come to my home the following Monday evening (this was Saturday) with the fabricator to take exact measurements. They arrived on time as promised. No surprises, the price stayed as quoted. They promised to have it installed the coming Friday. I met the fabricator at the dealer wholesale warehouse to determine the layout that I wanted for each piece. Teri emailed me Thursday to let me know that the installers would be at my house Friday morning as promised. The two young men that installed the granite were very professional and knew exactly what was needed. Their work was above and beyond what was expected. All and all this has been the best experience I have had in many years. They had the best price of the 4 granite companies I checked with. The service was excellent and completed when promised.
