The office staff was very professional in that they called each time to verify the appointment, and let me know if they would need to change the time due to staff issues. Unfortunately, that was the best part of the service. My home was never cleaned to my satisfaction. Each time they came, something was not done, and I had to call them to return to do the work. The cleaning that was done was not satisfactory (dust bunnies left on hardwood floors, sink faucets not cleaned, dusting and mopping not thorough).

I had contracted to pay two people $25/hour for two hours work each. They sent three people and charged $94 for one hour. The company policy was to start charging from the time their vehicle arrived in my driveway, which was not explained up front. It took approximately 15 minutes for them to get started and all the while I was being charged for their work (they only actually worked 50 minutes). The company guarantees satisfaction, but when I called to talk with the owner about the discrepancy on the invoice, she never returned my call. I had a very bad experience with this company and would certainly not recommend them for either the cleaning they did, their professionalism nor their billing procedures. They did not live up to the invoice they presented to me.
