Jeff and Jeff are very efficient and professional. The work that they do is to perfection. Carpets and tile floor looked great!

They did a good job. They performed the work and did it nice and neatly. They cleaned up afterwards and seemed to do a thorough job. They were prompt. I would recommend them because I thought they were good and did a good job as far as I am concerned. I probably will use them in the future.

Experience was great. Had built the house 10yrs ago, and added on to the house, so we needed the same Mannington wood floor to match. Install was done seemlessly... you could never tell it wasn't all original.

Carpet One sold us the tile and installed it as a backsplash in our new kitchen. The people at the stsore were very friendly and helpful but the installation could best be described as mediocre. Many of the tiles were not straight and/or aligned properly. My wife even cried when the installers left. We should have complained to Carpet One but we didn't (Nor did anyone at Carpet One contact us after the installation to see if we were happy with the work.) I liked the people at the store but I would never use nor recommend their services in the future.

The workmanship was fine. Dealing with the company was a pain. Their pricing, contract and general attitude were not good. The workers did a great job though.

They came on my preferred date and time. I did not get a written estimate (I should have demanded one, but I didn't...my bad.). I had to pay 50% in advance, to get then to do the job. Although they estimated two days for the job, it only took them one. They removed "major" debris, but they did not clean-up, leaving a thick coat of dirt and sawdust all over the floor. They did not reconnect the toilet in the 1/2 bath and, although they said they would, left the 1/2 bath pedestal sink dissembled and disconnected. They used the wrong 1/4 round shoe molding in the kitchen and did not secure the molding in the half bath. They were 2 areas with loose/miss-installed laminate they had to come back to fix, and they fixed 1/4 round shoe molding in the kitchen. They did the repairs 4 days later. They were courteous and responsive at all times. Finally, they charged my credit card for the remaining half without notifying me, but since I was satisfied with the job, I didn't make an issue of it.

We installed new gray shag carpet in our bedrooms and the hallway. The quality of the carpet was very good and the price was reasonable. They did the measuring for the carpet and they offered several choices of carpet to choose from. The sales staff was very helpful and friendly. We are satisfied with the service they offered.

Carpet One did a wonderful job on installing our new carpet. There are no tracks and the carpet looks great. The people at Carpet One were very knowledgeable and helpful in picking out our carpet. We had a wonderful experience with this company.

Overall, I've been very satisfied with the new flooring. The reason I chose the company was because they were the only one to offer laminate with a random width look. By that I mean it had a design that made it look like wooden planks of various sizes. The job took about 3 days to complete. When I first got the estimate I thought the price was reasonable, but when I found out that it was for all the flooring and not just the kitchen and living room, I was thrilled. The workers were always punctual, addressed any questions and concerns, and tidied up well after themselves. I'd recommend this company.

Carpet One did an excellent job, and it took several men about half a day to complete the work. The carpet is good quality and it was installed properly. There were no seams or tacks visible.

I would say they did a nice job. The carpeting was really nice so that made me real happy. I honestly couldn't quote you a price on it because my brother got it for me as a present. He seemed happy with it too, so I'd say they were priced fairly.
