+ -1 moreI have called P&I for ~3 weeks, at least 4 different occasions, to estimate a roof repair job on a 1,000sf., 2+1 house. The one call back I got was to give a price for a total re-roof job I didn't ask for. The best case is that they actually drove by and looked at it first, but the tenant said they never talked with them. I told them to estimate repairs; the roof wasn't old enough to warrant replacement. They promised visits on 3 occasions, and no-showed by each date they provided. The tenant is complaining, and calling me much more frequently than this contractor. I don't recommend wasting the time to make the call.
