+ -1 moreThey gave me a window from 5-7 pm and when they hadn't shown by 7, I called the 800 number to inquire when they would be coming. The customer service representative tried to call several of their servicemen and got no answer. He stated they would call me during business hours the following day. Needless to say, they have lost my business.

Description of Work: I was very happy with the promptness of the service. We had termites discovered during installation of a door. This is a second home so we wre miles away. Don was excellent at assessing the problem and having the work completed quality. We had dryzone and a dehumifier installed. Don sent pictures and and informed us by email on the progress and finished project. We are very happy with Orkin and the service of Don A.

+ -1 moreOrkin was the first company we hired to deal with termites and we have been calling them ever since. The traps inside the walls they had initially installed have worked like a dream. Now all they have to do is check for termites and spray for the more minor insect problems. We have not had a serious bug problem in years because of their service.
Description of Work: Orkin Exterminating Incorporated provides inspections and treats our house for insects if necessary.
