I used them last fall, they installed a ceiling fan. I would use them again.

It went super well! There are not enough good words. We worked with Donna and Egor. Every detail went perfect! They could not have been better. Everything was done on time, they worked extremely neat and professional. Very friendly and the workmen were courteous and friendly as well. The entire experience was a pleasure! Sometime in the near future we are hoping to remodel a kitchen and will use Donna and Egor again.

We went in on the 1st and had an emergency situation with a garage d Lowes had contracted out the service. With the holiday approaching, the assistant manager told me that he realized my urgency and he would personally follow up with me as soon as could reach the company. He had a sincere attitude and made it sound like as soon as he could get them on the phone he would let me know.. I never heard anything back from them. When I called them the store manager was nice and cordial , but it didn't seem like a concern of hers. This bothered me cause I am contemplating a kitchen and a bathroom project, and this definitely affects that decision.

The representative was very knowledgeable. I purchased the washer and dryer that day. They delivered them on time and installed it on time as well. Both the washer and dryer works perfectly. The machine’s made a noise that I was not used to, so I called and they informed me that is the way that the new Maytag machines operate, and it was nothing to worry about. It was great experience because from beginning to end there was someone there to assist me.

It wen treally well.

They installed the water heater during a big rain storm and the guy actually installed new breakers outside. I told him he could wait but he wanted to get done. He did a fabulous job on putting it in. He was hardworking and determined.

We found the exact door we wanted in stock at the Westgate Lowe's and made our purchase on Saturday evening. The store clerk handled our purchased in a professional manner and told us the installer would call us within a short time. On Sunday evening the installer called our home and made an appointment to install the storm door on Tuesday morning. He arrived at our home at the time he had promised. The door was installed quickly and he made adjustments to the door to make sure it was in good operating order. This is important because our home is 33 years old and often problems arise during what should be a routine installation. The installer acted in a professional manner and made sure I was happy with his work before he cleaned up and left. We are very pleased with Lowe's from start to finish with this purchase.

Overall, they did an excellent job and I have encountered no problems, I thought the price was good. The installation of the cupboards was not a part of the list of tasks they were to perform, but they did it at no extra cost when I asked them. They showed up on time and worked hard to complete all the tasks in one afternoon. They were generally very courteous and addressed all my questions and concerns to my satisfaction. I would recommend Loews to a family member or friend.
