Description of Work: Promised work twice and did not deliver. Took a kitchen remodeling job and then did nothing. A complete time waster. Two phone calls and a stop by his office in an attempt to understand, follow through, and get him to do what he said all failed.

+ -1 moreThis company made sure to answer all of my questions and was very friendly during every part of the build. They really give you a sense of quality and I respect that as a customer. I would recommend this company to anyone. The work was done very well and I was pleased with the service.
Description of Work: We have a 3000 square foot home that was built by this company. There are four bedrooms and two and a half bathrooms. There was a garage built as well.

+ -1 moreAt this time, my home is in perfect condition. I have no trouble with anything at all. When I moved in, my builder said if anything like small odd n ends need finished or fixed to just write it done. They sent someone out to check everything over in a fast manner.
Description of Work: I had a new single family home of close to 2500 square feet constructed by them.

+ 4 moreWhen we had the work done the workers made sure to go though and answer all of our questions. They were very friendly and kept on budget. I would not like to disclose the price of the work because I feel that is private information. But the company was excellent. They were on time and I would recommend them to anyone.
Description of Work: We have a 2300 square foot home and we wanted to add an 850 square foot addition. The basic structure of the room was done by this company. This work included drywall, framing, carpeting and ceilings. They sub contracted out the electrical and plumbing.

+ -1 moreI was very impressed with the work that Len Reed set out to do. He build my home from scratch and it looks marvelous. I have no problems what so ever and I am very happy to have used their services. If I ever were to build another home like this one, I would definitely hire Len Reed to do it. It is spectacular and there is not a single things found to be wrong yet.
Description of Work: Len Reed built my four bedroom home from the ground up.
