The same carpet cleaning deal was offered on the Helping Hands website as on Angies List but didn't require you to pay up front. After I scheduled an appointment online, I got a confirmation right away for the cleaning the next day. Despite an immediate upcharge from the deal online to include pet cleaner and charging double for the LR since it was large, Antonio's professionalism and confidence that he could get the whole house cleaned convinced me to sign up for the empty house cleaning as well for an additional $200. Everything was done the next day while I was out of town and at the end of the day, the price had gone up another $70 than the in-person quote for a total of $505. I negotiated back down to $465 but got the feeling payment needed to be in cash so we agreed on Paypal. After all this, my expectations were a little high for the service to be received. When I got the chance to inspect, the pet odor was completely gone, but there were still several stains in the carpet and I felt I could've done a better job by just renting a Bissell cleaner from Lowe's. As for the house cleaning, I had to go back and spend another 3 hours cleaning the stove, laundry room, lights, windows, walls, mirrors, and scrubbing floors to get it into move-in condition. I realize it was a tough job, but quote honestly for what it takes to get it clean and do it right.

They did a great job and worked well to accommodate our complicated schedule due to movers and a couple of dates changing due to the move out and holidays.

She arrived on time and was very polite. She did a full clean of the property and was done on time. The place looked wonderful. I highly recommend this service to anyone.

Antonio was very easy to get in touch with to schedule cleanings. His pricing was very affordable, he charged roughly $25 per room of carpet cleaning. He was very punctual each time and even called to say he would be just a few minutes late the first time he came out. The carpet was incredibly dirty (home we purchased out of foreclosure, vacant for quite a while) and we were very happy with the results Antonio was able to obtain. Would definitely use him again.

I'm remodeling a house, and it had old carpet in it. Instead of replacing the carpet we were going to have it cleaned. I purchased a carpet cleaning through angie's list for $99, and scheduled the cleaning. Before the cleaning was to be preformed, we decided to replace the carpet. I called helping hands and they agreed to change the service to a furniture cleaning for an additional charge. I agreed, and scheduled an appointment. The day before the appointment, I called to reschedule the appointment because the remodel was not complete and our furniture was not in our home. Antonio said, Ok I'll call you back later in the day and we can reschedule. He never returned my call. I emailed him twice and he never responded. I finally called him again 2 weeks later and he tells me he isn't going to come clean the furniture and he is not going to refund us the $99 that we had already paid. He told me that he had a 24 hr cancellation policy, that we tried to reschedule too late and that he didn't want to perform the work anymore. I called and tried to reschedule 23 hrs from the scheduled service. When I reviewed the fine print of the angie's list deal. Which I consider to be the contract or agreement we entered into, it did not establish a cancellation/reschedule policy. Antonio scammed me out of money based on a policy that wasn't in existence and definitely not part of our contract.

The scheduling of my appointment was very easy.. I had an email and phone number and had no problem setting up an appointment that fit into my schedule.. I really had no idea how much 2000 sq. feet of carpet was but he cleaned the entire house, 3 large bedrooms and the den. I also had an area rug which he cleaned for a small fee, very reasonable.. Very professional but also friendly and was concerned about my cats getting out.. Quick, efficient and the carpet dried a LOT faster than I expected on this cold day.

Antonia came on time - was even a little early - had the whole set up right in his van. Didn't have to use anything from my home. Set up, cleaned my carpets - no smells to deal with! Carpets look great! Very pleasant conversation - and was done in no time! Would use again in a heartbeat!

They arrived on time and did a great job! The carpet, couch and chair all look brand new. We will definitely use Helping Hands the next time we need the carpet cleaned.

I got home a couple minutes before the appointment and he was already there waiting for me. I have used them once before, and it was the same person, although he did not have his helper this time. Both times he was very friendly and professional. The carpet looked great afterward and I have no complaints. It took much less time the more recent time, but I had them clean my furniture the first time as well. There were a couple of red stains they could not get out, but I already knew that would be the problem since from my understanding, red stains do something to the carpet that make them usually impossible to remove. I would recommend Helping Hands to a friend.

I was very pleased with them. I had two girls come in for an hour and they cleaned my kitchen and the bathroom. They charged $55 an hour, which was really reasonable. They were punctual, worked very quickly, and the cleaning was very good.

They were here exactly when they said they would be, were very friendly and professional, and did a great job! I would definitely recommend them.
