Description of Work: They did some repair to the duct system in my house. Jeff is always friendly |and reasonably priced. And, yes they do great work.

Description of Work: they installed a 10k HVAC in my home and since the season they put it in it been on big head ache. I have had another company come in and within 5 years they had to re-do almost everything. Floyds finally quit returning my calls and since I have been asking around, I have now found that I am one of many that have the same experience with this company. Spend your money with another company. One Hour is a good company so far.....

+ -1 moreI was happy with how hard they worked. It was hot that day and they worked all day long. They had problems with the unit, though, when they were installing it. It had too much Freon in it and the programmable fan kept messing up. They had to install three of them before it worked. I did think that the main worker didn't know exactly what he was doing. They never did any follow up calls after it was installed to see if we were happy or if it still worked either.
Description of Work: We had an new 2.5 ton air unit installed. They also removed the old unit.

+ -1 moreThey are reliable and they did a very good job. I would definitely use them again because they were so prompt. They made sure to answer all of my questions as well. They were polite and just left a great impression with us.
Description of Work: They added some Freon to our air conditioner as it was freezing up.

+ -1 moreThe installation crew arrived on time and got right to work. The old system was removed very quickly but they took their time putting in the new one. There were some problems with size of the new unit but that was solved with some imagination and a little creativity. Since then they have maintained the system with fantastic results. It performs almost twice as efficiently as the old one they did an excellent job.
Description of Work: Floyd's Heating Air Incorporated installed a new air conditioning system. They also do a maintenance check twice a year.
