Everything went great. They torn down my old deck and put up new one. My new deck looks wonderful. The crew that came and worked on the project was very professional, they were very respectful of all my questions that I ask them . They hauled off all the old wood, cleaned up all the mess.

Delivered all services as promised. Used quality materials. Answered all our questions and concerns. Workers were very professional, polite, and respectful. Work was done in a timely manner. Clean-up after each day's work was impressive. Would highly recommend this company and would use them again if further services needed.

The job went great. The crew showed up within 30 minutes of the designated time and started work immediately. The crew was very polite, and were very hard workers. They installed my12 windows in about three hours and were finished on the outside in about 4 more hours. They put metal all around the wood on the outside and it looks great. The crew cleaned up all the debri and hauled away all the old windows. The owner was at my house most of the day and after the job was done came back to do a final inspection the next day. Overall I would say it was a great job. No headaches, surprises or any issues to speak of .I would highly recommend this company.

Did a great job. The crew was very nice and respectful. You hardly knew they were in the house except the fact that some of the furniture had to be moved out of the way. Completed the job before beginning another. Did a good job withe the sheet rock. Finished the job quickly. I would recommend Five Star Windows and Remodeling. The project started and was completed as scheduled. The crew that performed the work was very good. They did an excellent job on the installation and cleaned up daily and at the end of the job. The representative that wrote the contract was on site daily to check progress and workmanship. He was available by phone if I had questions or wanted changes made. He also did an inspection after job was completed and before final payment was made. I have had many compliments on my house since the work was performed. I am very pleased with Five Star and would use them for future jobs and will recommend them to friends and neighbors.

The 2 guys took out 63 year old windows and installed new windows. They were right on time and did a great job. They were very nice and cleaned up the job site. They worked from the time they got there and did not take any breaks. The windows are beautiful and make the old house look great. There was a very minor problem with a window and I called the owner and he came right back out there and took care of the problem.

The job went great. We found this company through a referral form a fellow church member. As it turns out the company doesn't advertise very much, so we were glad we stumbled across these guys. The owner came to my aunts house, gave a quick but through presentation, covering all the details of the job and company. No pressure was given and we called them back about 3 days later. We had three bids, and Five Star was actually the middle bid in terms of cost. My aunt is an elderly lady, and she really liked the fact the owner didn't try to pressure her into making a decision. He was very professionally dressed and gained my aunts trust. The job started about 2 weeks later, and was finished in one day. All the old windows were hauled away, as well as all job debri. Overall it was a great job, I wanted to recommend this company so hopefully other angie list members may be able to discover them as well.
