Best company we have ever hired. Duane is very responsive and professional. His crew did an excellent job completely replacing the roof on our house and our building. His crew was also very professional and exceeded our expectations on the clean up once the project was completed. I would highly recommend Duane and I would definitely hire him again for future projects.

The entire process went very well. Duane Rogers contacted me immediately after I put in our needs request on Angie's list. We met within a couple of days and went over the project details. We discussed some details and changes in specifications via email and I received reasonable estimates for each job (separately) in a timely fashion. I chose Equity Builders because of reviews on Angie's list as well as Duane's obvious knowledge and skill in the business and his professional handling of the project estimate process. The roof was done in a day, including clean up, and the deck work was completed over about three days (slowed by some weather issues). Duane was willing to work with me when last-minute changes and minor adjustments needed to be made, always insisting that our wishes were most important. He resolved a couple of issues and even rebuilt a portion (the ramp) to suit us a little better. He was always pleasant and helpful, and again, very professional. He let me know that if any problems were to arise, all I have to do is call or email him and he will come out to make things right. So far, that has not been necessary. They also did a couple of minor fixes needed per an insurance inspector - fixing a section of gutter, repairing a rotted piece of fascia board, and adding a handrail to steps going to the street from our front walk. Duane gave excellent advise and guidance, and I anticipate having other jobs around the house that I will use him for.

There were no problems and I had a good experience with them. When they were doing my roof, I asked Duane if he could give me an estimate on siding our house as well. He did and he ended up siding our house. He didn’t do it himself but he got someone to do it. We were not pleased with the person who did it but Duane did make it right. He is upright, does what he says he’s going to do. He quoted us a price. His suppliers didn’t come through with what they said they would but he told us he had to honor what he quoted us so we were able to work. We were very pleased with Equity Builders and would recommend them to anyone. They are really honest and work with integrity. If they make a mistake they’ll make it right.
