Conns Handyman Service

Terrible from the get go. He has no processes in place and wanted to get paid through Zelle, which as many know, once paid there is no way to get the money back (basically cash). I agreed to front a portion of the money so he could buy the brand NEW materials, and instead he bought used items and tried to pass them off as new. As a Property Management company I think he was banking on the fact that I wouldn't expect. When asked for the receipts to prove he purchased them new, well lets just say I haven't heard back. He only got the materials amount, and none of the labor, so I'm not out any money. However I would recommend you NEVER up front this "conn" artist any money as he is a fraud. I am not sure how he has such good reviews except that they may all be fake as well.

Doors replaced, dryer vent cleaned, toilet and shower stall replaced kitchen painted linoleum floor replaced junk hauled off.

Christopher was an exceptional man. He was on time and he stayed to teach me how to use the equipment. I would be honored if he will be available the next time need a handyman. Thank you for Chris.

Chris was very personable and ON TIME!! He hooked up my Roku and actually was kind enough to stay for awhile to show me how it works. I will request Chris every time I need help again. Thank you.
