Carolina Movers

Due to an unanticipated family crisis, my wife and I had to box up and relocate an entire double garage full of small family keepsakes to a secure facility. I am 77 and my wife is 72, and we had underestimated the physical and emotional toll this was going to take on us. After two days of hauling (with a small dolly) and loading a big rented truck, we were totally exhausted. So we called Carolina Movers of Spartanburg on Sunday afternoon, with no prior notice, for assistance. They responded within an hour with a team of three well-mannered young men and their female supervisor. With their proper equipment, strong backs, and laudable work ethic, they dispatched the task at hand in two days. I am extremely pleased with than excellent service. Everyone on the team -- Amy, Devonias (Debo), Jarden, and Marcus -- was a consummate professional. Therefore, I highly recommend them.

The 1 day move turned into 3days. There was $2500+ in damage & weeks trying to locate items some of which have not been found yet. Although Amy said she was going to make this right, I haven't heard a word from her or her attorney even though she said they would contact me. Sent a letter 3 weeks ago reminding her of all the damage & have still not heard back. They packed much of my things. See pictures attached.

They were on-time and very professional. This job was challenging because it had to be coordinated with the delivery and boom truck. She worked very well with the other professionals on the job. They all put their heads together figured out the best way to get the job done. They cleaned up afterwards and gladly took the trash away for us. I will call her again for sure.
