+ -1 moreMade an appt right away with Campus Computers, explained what was going on and took it into town. We spoke a bit about the fact it said "server not found" and that I'd turned off and back on and nothing I did was working. He told me to leave it with him if I could & return in about 45 mins. My computer is now working and must say he was efficient, professional & has to be given kudos for attempting to explain to a non-IT person just what the issue was! Yes, I recommend Campus Computers and will go there again if I have other problems. Thank you!!!!!
Description of Work: I was unable to get on-line and had phoned my internet provider but was told that from their end, all was fine and connection was good.

+ -1 moreDuring a busy holiday time, he was able to diagnose, offer me options, and then obtain my new hard drive, install and reload operating system and just a couple of days and had me back up running.
Description of Work: Worked on my Mac and after discussion of options, I chose to replace hard drive.

+ -1 moreDetermined that the computer was fine, whereupon I realized I had moved it too far away from the router. He also advised me on replacement routers, which as it turns out I did not need because my router was fine. He declined to charge me because he had not had to do anything to the computer, which I really appreciated being on a fixed income. Very courteous, very knowledgeable, and I would recommend him to anyone. It is especially nice to have a mac person available without having to go to Greenville.
Description of Work: Checked out my computer because it was not receiving WIFI.

+ -1 moreOur computer was at this business for less than 24 hours and was restored to new performance. The overall service was excellent and I would highly recommend this business.
Description of Work: Owner did complete examination of our computer and was able to restore it to full function with a basic tune-up. The owner advised us on products that would benefit us but was not pushy about us buying things that we weren't interested in.
