C & B MECHANICAL

C&B Mechanical was unable to fix the problem with my A/C. Not only did they not have enough knowledge to figure out the problem, but they specifically told me that the solution that turned out to solve the problem would NOT work. In addition to that, their best tech dropped the large metal grate that covers the return air duct while removing it. I m still amazed that it didn t gouge the wall. When he dropped it, neither he nor the sales guy bothered to say anything and they didn t even look to see if any damage had been done to the house. When I brought this up later I was told in a very non-apologetic tone that of course we would have fixed any damage ; but since they didn t even look for damage and pretended that it hadn t even happened I m not so sure. What s even more egregious however, is that instead of admitting that the problem was beyond their knowledge base they just made up suggestions that were in conflict with each other. When I tried to understand what they were telling me by asking probing questions they became defensive and even sarcastic. Finally, and worst of all, C&B displays a Cross and a dove on their business cards. As a Christian, I find it extremely offensive for a business to treat a potential customer so poorly while using their Christianity as a selling point.
