My experience with Brian Brown Heating and Air was very, very good. His price was average and was in line with what other companies charge. I was pleased with him. They were excellent. They were easy to communicate with. He explained everything that he did and he was just very pleasant. I've had no problems with anything at all since they were out here. Everything works good.

My experience with Brian Brown Heating and Air was okay. When I got all the quotes he was the one who did the most thorough inspection at the time. He also came in the cheapest. I got the quote a year ago and when he came out he honored the quote he had given me. He had trouble with his labor force in January. Sometimes they would show up and a couple of hours of work later they would disappear and I wouldn't see them for the rest of the day. I was in communication with him about it. He came out himself to make sure the work got done and finished. I was quite happy when the job was done.

My air conditioning went out late on a Saturday afternoon during the hottest day of the year. I called Brian Brown Heating and Air and spoke with the technician. He told me an approximate time to expect him. He was prompt, diagnosed the problem, and corrected it within 30 minutes. Prior to completing the work, he quoted the price of the repair and asked for the OK to begin the work. He was friendly, courteous, and very efficient. I will definitely call this company for any future needs.
