Everything was done to my satisfaction. The workers were professional and punctual. I was told the project would take 8 weeks, the job was complete 2 weeks early. The only complaint is they left a little bit of a mess for me to clean.

Prompt, professional and easy to work with. Cleaned up the work site. i would recommend them.

I was very pleased with the services rendered by Bradley Construction. They were by far gave the best quote for the job and were very quick to get out and give a quote. They came out a week to the day after the quote was given and had the job done in about 3 hours. I will use them again in the future and will recommend them to anyone looking to have something done around their house or property.

Even though this was the most expensive estimate I received, I decided to go with Bradley Construction due to their response during the first walk around the house. I was worried about the vegetation around the house being damaged and having new paint stains on the brick afterwards but they did a good job of taking care of it. They showed up on time and finished the work on the day promised.

They cut corners on every part of the rebuilding of the porch. Cheaper porch doors ill fitting doors and roof. The whole thing was so shoddy even one of his people said it wasn't done right. Eventually Mr. Bradley himself came out and got some of it fixed. I never got the protective wood staining done though, although they did leave the stain here, They said it was done, but it wasn't. You can look at it after less than a year and see it. Water doesn't drain properly,still leaks after rain under the porch onto the slab. Had a french drain installed at the time, doesn't work at all.

We'll never know. They never sent an approximation of the cost. Oh well.....

We sat down and discussed everything that my mom would want them to do. He said that he will get back. Several weeks went by and my mom called, spoke to the owner and he said he'll get back to her by the end of the day with some sort of a resolution and he never called back. We were hoping that Angie's List would provide us with somebody more responsible. I would not use them. It's a shame because their recommendation looks great and their prior projects look great.

Nothing never would return several call backs. P***** me Off....
