Description of Work: The gentleman came out to our house to assess the problem with our dryer and did not even charge us a penny! There ended up being nothing wrong with the dryer that we called on and he didn't even charge us for a service call. This is the second time we have used them and couldn't be happier!

Description of Work: Our ice maker quit working. We called them and they offered to come out and replace or offered to sell us the ice maker and we could install it. It was cheaper to buy the ice maker and they walked my husband through removing it and replacing it.

+ -1 moreFor what I thought would be a real headache to fix, Andy's Appliance took care of it like it wasn't any major problem. The door wasn't setting right and they straightened it out and just charged me for the service call. They didn't try to take advantage of me, because I didn't have a clue of what the problem was and I really respected that.
Description of Work: They fixed a leak around the edge of my dishwasher door.

+ -1 moreThey showed up as scheduled and did a really good job. They knew what they were doing and didn't take them long to replace the ice maker in our refrigerator. They didn't leave any mess for me to clean up. They told us what they did when they were done and they gave us a warranty on their work.
Description of Work: I had them replace the ice maker in our refrigerator because it wasn't making ice.
