Description of Work: Main sewer line started leaking due to a crack in the line. The leak had caused a hole in the basement dirt floor due to the erosion.

Description of Work: I used American General Plumbing to fix a leak in my kitchen sink, replace the garbage disposal, they also looked at my hot water heater and they replaced an element and this was done a month ago.

+ -1 moreAfter a very unhappy experience with a plumber this summer, we were thrilled to find one who is reasonable, reliable and very professional!!! I have given his name to friends and neighbors. We will definitely use him again!
Description of Work: Our gas water heater was pouring water out of a pipe connected to the water heater. We did not know the cause of the water spill. We called Mr. Martin and explained what was happening. We had cut off the hot water heater in the meantime. Mr. Martin told my husband that the temperature-pressure relief valve (pop-off valve) needed to be replaced. He came the first thing the next morning. Charged us $45 for a visit and the cost of the part for a total of $62. We were thrilled with his quick response (we had no hot water) and his very reasonable rate. We had used a plumber this summer who doubled the costs of all parts and charged $150 per hour!!!! Found him on Angie's List!

Description of Work: I used American General Plumbing in August. They fixed the toilet as the flush wasn’t working. I have used them three times in the past years.
