 + -1 moreOn 07-13-13 our basement flooded during an historic rainfall event, 8.5" in 75 minutes. Desperate to prevent this form happening again, on approx 08-01-13 my husband called Alewine. He spoke to a nice lady there and told her of the situation. She said that her husband would return the call, but he never did. We arranged to have the work done by people who return phone calls.
Description of Work: Failed to return phone call.

 + 0 moreAlewine Waterproofing Solution was outstanding. They explained everything to us, what was going on step by step. They did a terrific job. We didn't have any problems with all the rain that we had lately. We didn't have any water on our basement at all. They were super. The price was really good based on all that they had to do. They were there within a week. They were really responsive. They were there when they said they were coming. They were very professional. They cleaned up everything. We didn't have to do anything. We would definitely use them in the future.
Description of Work: We used Alewine Waterproofing Solution as our waterproofing company. They put in some pumps and a front screen in the basement. They dug a 40-feet french drain and put a pump and ran everything out.
