+ -1 moreTodd knows carpentry and has identified areas where water damage can occur (the seams of siding, for example). Todd has solutions to problems I didn't know about (using Miratec to edge between siding and the roof, for example). While he is not cheap, we feel the work he does is always a bargain in the long run.
Description of Work: Todd and his associate removed water damaged siding and did pretty major restoration - replaced the OSB, vapor barrier and siding. He also chalked the new siding overlaps to prevent future water issues (we hope). Todd is a very meticulous carpenter. He has also done some tile work and indoor carpentry for us in the past.

+ -1 moreRefreshing the master bath looked like a quick and easy job, but it took more time than we all expected. We found some water problems that he repaired. He pays attention to the details. We are currently using him to refresh the other bath. We are very pleased with his work.
Description of Work: Todd remodeled our master bath. As part of that, he repaired and tiled part of a wall that had been splashed and was deteriorating. Over the sink, he spackled the wall to match the existing wall texture. The room was painted and new shower doors installed.
