Sunday, December 23 my motor stopped working. I called Swords HVAC, asking for emergency service as I had 12 guests coming in for dinner at 5pm! Mark came within 2 hours of the call and determined the issue. Tappan is no longer manufactured. A replacement motor had to be researched. He was able to locate the needed part and install it on the next day - before a Christmas. I highly recommend their company.

We had a new air conditioning system put in about 5 years ago, I guess. We haven?t had any trouble and I?m not one of these people who call somebody, until it breaks. We replaced the air conditioner but not the furnace and the blower. So, he put the new air conditioner in place of the old one but with the same blower we used to have. That made it a little bit complicated. Nobody we asked ?Wanted to do it that way.? They all wanted to replace everything. I?m sure that would have been more money for them and it would have been maybe easier to install. But that?s not what we wanted. We didn?t feel the need to replace the part that didn?t need to be replaced. It was like hundreds less than anybody else. They're quality was fine and the equipment in one case, was the same brand that somebody else was quoting but very different price. What was different was the installation primarily. That's were I think he under estimated how much work it was going to be. Everything was fine. They were good. They came right out. As far as I can remember it was no problems at all. Everything work, what more do you want. If something went wrong, I would be wanting to find their number.

I have a maintenance plan so I paid for the whole year.

He is fantastic! One of the best I've ever dealt with in the industry. He is exceptionally honest, open, and very fair in his rates. He was very responsive to my needs and handled everything just perfectly. I appreciate what he did.

We called Sherwin after usual business hours and a technician was at my house an hour later. Extremely fast service. The tech was very professional, a pleasure to work with and we are so grateful we didn't have to endure the heat any longer than necessary. The air conditioning unit seems to work even better than before.

As always, Swords Heating and Air Conditioning provided fast, professional and reasonably priced service. My AC stopped working on a Sunday evening. I called Swords the next morning and that afternoon when I returned home from work a gust of cool air met me at the door. Swords has been meeting my heating and air conditioning needs for about seven years. I would not even consider calling someone else from the industry.

Great! They worked with us to meet us at a time that was convenient for us. They work on natural gas fired boilers, and it is not easy to fined someone to work on these. We were told by our renters that the heat was not working at all, but when the gentleman came out , he checked the furnace thoroughly and all the radiators and everything was working fine. He did the regular maintenance work and charged us only for the service call, did not try to up-sell us anything. We called them again in February because we thought one of the radiators might be leaking, but later determined that wasn't the problem. Sharon was most attentive that time as well, trying to schedule a time for them to check this out for us. Would definitely recommend and use again for heating issues!

He completed the service and then did a final check. I would highly recommend Swords and will definitely use them in the future.

They were very helpful and came out that same day. They are very good, we've used them in the past, and would use them again in the future. They're very professional, prompt, and gave me tips on how to keep this problem from happening again in the future.

Removal of the old system and instillation of the new was carried out on a tight time line that required interfacing with a remodeler's schedule. The job was completed on time with no surprises.

Sword s is a great company. They are very reliable and always do great work. They usually need to some repairs every year as my air conditioner is getting older. The workers are friendly and professional. The price is very reasonable. I would highly recommend this company to others.
