Description of Work: We had our air ducts cleaned that also contained mold caused by a leaking coil. A previous estimate from another company was almost 5X the cost for cleaning and anti microbial treatment. The techs were great - friendly and professional. We will definitely use this company again

Description of Work: They cleaned and sanitized all of our returns and ductwork in our heating and air system. In addition, we had water damage in our bathroom. They did the demolition and set us up with a company to do the restoration.

They got rid of all the stains. I have used them twice. They did move my furniture. After moving the furniture, they cleaned up and they put furniture on blocks so the carpet could dry. It took 6 hours for the carpet to dry. They worked hard to remove stains without me having to point them out or ask them to remove them.

This company was very friendly. The employees took their time and managed to remove the stains, that were there for along time. Stains that I could never get up. They did an excellent job and I give them two thumbs up!
Description of Work: I have a three-bedroom home that was cleaned. The carpets and stairwells were cleaned as well. I had to put a few pieces up myself, so therefore the company did not move any furniture.

We were very pleased with the people that were sent out because they came out on time and were very professional in the way that they did their job. The overall experience was very good we have been thinking to call them back for future services. The workers were very courteous in there work they didn't leave a mess and were sure to clean up after they were done. They were polite and came according to schedule.

They did an excellent job. The guy they sent out was a very nice man; he was very pleasant and knowledgeable and he explained everything thoroughly. He was also very respectful, The carpet did dry quickly and they did get out all the stains. They came in and got out all the stains the previous carpet cleaners could not get out; they were very thorough.

The technician arrived at the exact time they said he would and he displayed excellent behavior while working in my house. He was very thorough climbing inside the ducts as far as he could in order to get all the dirt and dust out. The job took about three hours and the results were very noticeable the next time I turned the air conditioning on.

My experience with Steamatic Inc. was great. The gentleman who came in to clean the carpet wore booties while he was cleaning to make sure he doesn't leave any extra stains. I had several large stains I was not sure he would be able to get out but he did. I think Steamatic Inc. did an excellent job on the heavy traffic areas of my home and the carpet dried quickly. The people who came out from Steamatic Inc. were extremely professional and made sure I understood exactly that they were doing. I will continue to use Steamatic Inc in the future.
