Signature Stone and Stucco

Royce was a dream to work with through out our project. He kept us informed of his plans and when he said he would be here he was here. When we had questions or concerns he took care of them immediately. On the day of installation there was a single stone his crew installled that I was not pleased with and he immediately had them make the changes I requested even though it involved significant re working. Throughout the entire course of our planning and installation he never tried to sway us from our goals or decisions. He was always available to answer our questions but never tried to unduly persuade us and always respected our wishes. His crew was very professional and worked steadily and amicably with each other and us. The project was completed in the time frame estimated and we are absolutely ecstatic with the results. We could not be more pleased and are greatful we elected to work with Signature Stone and Royce Dessure. We are rather picky people and expected that we might have something come up along the way that we would have to work through, but nothing of the sort happened, save for that one stone that was quickly addressed. I have already asked Royce to give us an estimate on a second project. No question about it, I would definetly use him again and feel completely confident in referring a friend or family member to him.
