hardwood floor
+ -1 moreSeveral days before I was ready, Ronnie came by and measured the house and gave me a price to do the floors. We talked about some date ranges and we worked around some other jobs that he had going. Ronnie came out on the agreed day with a huge trailer and did one final walk through. He sanded a small area and we tried four custom color samples. His four man crew set up and was under way in 15 minutes. I just gave them my key - very honest! The first day they just sanded and stained. Over the next few days they put down the 3 coats of polyurethane. As an Architect, I can be critical sometimes - these floors turned out GREAT!
Description of Work: Sanded 60 year old hardwood floors, stained and put down three coats of polyurethane. We decided to not use the available dustless system. Just sanded the old fashioned way.
