He was able to help me the same day and was very polite and professional!!! He gave me an estimated time and the job before me ran over, but he called and let me know he was running late but he assured me he was coming!!!I would recommend them to everyone that need stuff moved and a professional and timely matter. Fast response and excellent service

I was displeased with the lack of response and action regarding their sending copy of paid invoice to the insurance co. for my reimbursement. I made 2 or 3 calls to Mr. Crosby over a period of three weeks asking him to send or re-send said invoice so that I could be reimbursed. Their response time was excellent as was the work.

Fast, efficient, and they did what they said they would do.

Altho the initial estimate did not take all factors into account the revised estimate and completed work were more than satisfactory.

Be prepared for a service provider who does not communicate well. He does have a very good quality hardworking painter who did the fencing and the deck. The man in charge wrote a proposal when he showed up after 6PM. His writing was very difficult to read and as the project proceeded he added costs to the total that were way more than expected, but we wanted to finish. There were necessary weather delays during the project but he did not text or call to let us know when he would return. When it comes to hauling junk and pressure washing he is good but I do not recommend him for fence repairs and definitely could have paid a lot less to individuals I have used in the past. My husband did the research on HomeAdvisor and chose him because he came quickly to do the estimate. We have selected a local Simpsonville business for our garage organization project and I look forward to a job well done on July 16th. He came back several ties to make sure measurements were accurate and the quality of the materials he uses are the best for our budget. That business is Affordable Custom Closets. I will give you feedback when that job is finished. I will never use ProStar again.

One of the workers asked to use the restroom and we'll just say it smelled like bleach and we're not sure, but think he probably had gotten sick. Needless to say, on his way out to resume working, he didn't secure the back door and let our dog out. Of course, because we were having the backyard cleaned up, the side gate was open and he got out. Hours later someone got him back to us but, when approached, the workers were seemingly annoyed and unapologetic. The work was overall alright. They started and finished a day later. The majority of what I had asked for was done. Maybe not to a standard I think it could've been. For me, this was one of those experiences where I can't really say the work wasn't done, but I won't be using their services again.

When I called, they gave me a timely estimate and scheduled the pick up date. On the date, they arrived at the promised time and hauled away the furniture we were trashing before our move. I was very pleased with the service and would highly recommend this company.
