The work got done, and no mess was left behind. It got done within the time frame allotment.

The project was done efficiently. They are willing to reschedule any appointment but may be late getting started. Nice guys all in all.

Good communication. Always responded/answered phone calls. I did not have to be there! They did an excellent job of cleaning a mess you would not believe. Did everything he said he would. Best of all, I did not have to hound him or "babysit" to get job done. Price was very reasonable for this sizeable job. If you have a cleanup, this is the way to go!

First of all, Bert was a very friendly person. He cut bushes cleaned out our gutters, power washed the house, sidewalk, and driveway. He was on time, did what we wanted him to do and did a great job. We saw how hard he worked and were very happy with the job he did. We certainly would hire him again and highly recommend him.

The owner Bert Brown was a very good communicator and responsive to our needs in a very fast problem situation. I needed to change the scope and he did it but with the original contract one element had been omitted. So always confirm the total scope of work.

Polite enough but felt I was rushed. Kept reminding me that he didn’t sign up for this. All he had to do is move a dish washer that one man could carry and a refrigerator. Upset that we had to take hinges off a door to get old refrigerator out. I paid him more than a mover quoted but decided to go with him because of schedule time. Even asked for more money which I gave him. Made all of us feel uncomfortable.
