This is a great example of how a company should operate. I received personalized service from a hard-working man who clearly cares about his customers as much as he does his business. Trustworthy, fair, and honest. Highly recommend.

Reliable, honest, and forthright about cost and services. ProStar did a fine job of removing apartment furniture, appliances, bedding, cobwebs, cleaning, and even cleaned out the fireplace, making all ready for potential rehab. Very accommodating! I would trust and use ProStar again should the opportunity arise.

The guy who came out was nice enough and he did what was asked of him which was to remove a tree limb from my front yard. Prior to him coming out though he offered to remove some bagged up leaves and twigs for me then told me he wouldn't be able to later because he forgot that the dump wasn't open that day I guess. At some points in our conversation about other jobs around our house that he would be able to do he made me feel slightly uncomfortable with some of the comments he made.

Bert was very friendly, gave me a good price and wrote up a customized recipt for me. They were about to schedule me right away and they guys did a fantastic job with the lawn. Would highly recommend them! 😁😁

It was slow service, but once he got here it went ok. He arrived at supper time which made it late for us to have our evening meal.
