NewScene Pro Window Cleaning and Pressure Washing

WOW!!! Can not say enough GOOD THINGS about this company and their employees. Ben Fulmer and Tabitha run a top notch company. If you’re looking for quality window cleaning, power washing driveway, cleaning siding etc, this company is the best. They will come out and give you a free written estimate and then stand behind the estimate without trying to upsell or change course. They go over and above in their attention to detail (washed my outdoor trashcans without me asking!!). Kind, prompt, professional and on time!

Newscene is great at what they do. I have hired them for window cleaning and driveway power washing and the results were excellent. Their prices are more than fair and they are probably the most professional company I've worked with in a long time. I will continue to use them as long as I live within their service area

I highly recommend NewScene! They show up when they say they will be there and communicate with you throughout the whole process. We had some weather delays that pushed the job back a few days. We hired them to wash the exterior of our house. The vinyl siding used to be white, but turned green over just a few years. They also pressured washed some areas of our house that were in desperate need. They did an unbelievable job transforming and restoring our siding and concrete areas. I've been using NewScene for almost 9 years to wash our windows at our small retail business. I will now be using them to do all of our personal residential needs. I'm a customer for life now! They arrived exactly at the time they had said there would be there. They were quiet, personable, efficient and professional. I felt very comfortable having them in the house. They cleaned up after themselves very well. The only thing they left behind were sparkling clean windows. I will hire them again.

The windows on our home hadn't been professionally washed in a long time, and needed a thorough cleaning inside and out. When I contacted NewScene, they responded promptly and within 3 days made a site visit to estimate costs. On the day of the cleaning, NewScene arrived at exactly the scheduled time. The team worked quietly, neatly, and efficiently throughout the 3 1/2 hours they were here. Every window was cleaned beautifully, and the team self-checked to make sure that they left no spots or streaks. it was a pleasure to have NewScene at our house. They were highly professional, and called afterwards to thank me for the work. Very pleased.

Ben was very professional. Excellent communicator. Prompt and thorough. My windows are old, 1920s with diamond panes on top half. Skylights are very difficult to reach. When I saw how much time Ben put into the job to do it right, I felt that he should have been paid more so I added to his quote. He sincerely tried to turn it down, but I insisted. When I find business owners who care about customers the way Ben does, I want to keep them happy so they'll come back. I highly recommend him. In fact, I wouldn't recommend anyone else.

Tabitha could not have been more kind and accommodating when I contacted the company to schedule an estimate/home visit. Ben arrived and was professional, courteous, thoughtful and thorough in his assessment. Price is reasonable and competitive. Cannot say enough good about this husband and wife team. My phone call was promtply returned and an appointment set for 12/9. Ben came exactly when he said he would and answered all my questions. The windows looked great after he was done. I will have him back in the Spring to do the windows inside and out.

My windows never sparkled as they do now. The provider was very professional and conscientious about coming into house making sure to use shoe covers.

I would highly recommend this company. They were punctual...professional and friendly. They did a good job on our windows. Very nice people to work with.

Ben responded quickly to my call and scheduled a visit to give me a quote. We agreed on a Monday for the cleaning. Ben called a day before and I told him that the other contractors were not finished yet and he offered to come on the following Saturday instead. Ben and Tabitha arrived at the scheduled time on Saturday and worked until late afternoon. My windows have never been so clean! Absolutely spotless, even the ones that he had to climb up on the roof to clean. My Pella windows have clip in inserts so each window has 4 sides of glass to clean. I think the price was good for all that work. I have already scheduled them for October.

I would HIGHLY RECOMMEND NewScene! The owner contacted me almost immediately after my inquiry - this was SO unexpected (I am use to companies taking their good old time calling me back). We arranged a time for him to come to the house and give us an estimate. He was ON TIME (another thing I am not use to)! We told him that we were also getting another estimate (which we did). We decided on NewScene because of the promptness of returning our calls and being on-time for the estimate. I'm sorry that I can't remember what the estimate/cost was - it was back in October and I'm just getting around to my review at the end of December. We were NOT disappointed. Ben and his wife showed up on time, wore booties in the house, were pleasant and friendly and most of all DID THE BEST WINDOW CLEANING we have ever had done! They were very diligent and didn't miss a spot - we were very impressed and again - if you need your windows cleaned (or any other service that they provide), you NEED TO use NewScene!!

Ben arrived on time for his estimate. He was professional, friendly and courteous. He gave his estimate and I told him the price was a little high. He called back later to say that he had reviewed his bid, and we negotiated a more reasonable option. Ben's wife, Tabitha, partnered with him that day and did most of the inside windows and storm windows, while Ben performed the heavier work outside. Tabitha was friendly and did a wonderful job with interior cleaning. She was very careful in handling our old windows. Her work was spotless, and she left everything sparkling and shiny. Newscene had the equipment to handle the large windows of our very tall house. They worked tirelessly until it was completed. They did a superior job and were a delight to have in our home. We will certainly have them back again.

Workers arrived on time and immediately set to work. They did not require any preparation on our part but they handled window treatments, blinds, etc. themselves. When they finished, over 4 hours later, the windows were immaculate and everything was in place. We were very please with the work and will have them back again next year.
