It was a bad experience. I will not recommend them as far as having them to install stuff especially in the mill work department. I don't think they have good installers in that department but the material is okay.

They seem to have a lot of helpful and informed staff. They are always well stocked. If you have any questions about a certain project they are very helpful. Whenever I have to return anything, it is never a problem.

WENT FINE AND THEY TOOK THE OLD APPLIANCES TO BE RECYCLED.

They were prompt, knowledgeable, and easy to work with. They worked around my schedule.

The subcontractor, Jim Whitmeyer, was to come out to do measurements. When he first called, he was rude when we were scheduling for the measuring. He stated that he did not need directions. On the day that we scheduled, he drove right by my house. When he finally arrived, he measured each window without incident. He then let me know that he would contact Lowes to let them know the measurements and that I could go to pick them out and have them cut to measure. I had 12 windows to cover. When I went to pick them up, the customer service rep Barbara was really nice. I contacted J. Scott and complained that I had to come back and pick up the blinds as opposed to the sub contractor. I was really put off by answer. I spent enough money that this should have been covered. Jim came in to install the blinds and I asked him what I should do to prepare for installation. I went out to open my truck so that he could retrieve them. He threw trash from the blinds in my trunk. He let me know that I would have to sign a sheet. I wrote that as far as I could tell, everything seemed to be okay. When he left I noticed that he had thrown away the new screws that came with my new blinds. I also noticed that there was spacing on the sides of the blinds. I also noticed that there were ink pen marks all over my window curtain in the bathroom. I called him to let him know that I was upset and there was no resolution. I called Lowes to complain and I am waiting for a reply. I am really dissatisfied. I will never buy anything here again.

They were very good. They came out, installed the door and everything was fine. They were all very friendly and I liked their service. Everything is working fine and so, I am very pleased.

I interacted with the gentleman who came out for my Pella door. He was a wonderful young man. He does business on his own. His name is Jason Trusty and he has residential services too. He had come out through my warranty with Pella and since the door was still under warranty, I didn't spend any money. I would use the service again in the future.

The Lowes I went to in Simpsonville was extremely helpful in both the store and in contractors. I have always received great service and great help if there has been any problems. The gentleman that did the door did a fabulous job. I had them put ceiling fans in before and that service job went just as great as this one. The people are also very friendly.

The staff was very helpful. I do remember that their price was the lowest of my quotes. They were unable to get a subcontractor to get the water heater installed within the next 24 hours. I will grade only the items that I can.

This was the most terrible experience we have had with any home service provider. The roof would leak in several areas, and just getting someone on the phone to file a complaint was a headache. It took them forever to come back and fix all of the damaged areas. Lowes did a terrible job when they sub contracted their work out.

I was pretty impressed with their service. They sent out a good professional contractor to do the installation and he did a wonderful job. He was fast and good. He hauled away the old floor, and didn t leave any mess in my house. He also put in 2 countertops for me.

They did a real nice job in every area of the service. The contractor was very nice and he showed up on time. He called ahead of time just to remind us he was coming. Lowes called after the project and checked up on the work. I had no problems and it was the best carpet they had.

I was very impressed with the quality of the job that was done. I thought that they completed the job on a great time schedule. They met all my expectations. I enjoyed the workers that came to my home.

This company was awesome! They were very precise in what they did. They made sure that we felt comfortable with them and their work. We had a lot of fun going through material and different products. There were a lot of choices, but the company made us feel comfortable with the decision that we made. We have a three-bedroom home, and the price of the floors also included the installation.

They installed the carpet in the one room and left quickly. The price was very reasonable; I don't remember the exact number, but it was what we were expecting from them. My wife had been here when they arrived, and she told me that they were very nice and pleasant. They had respect for my home; I would recommend this company.

Lowes sold us the door, and the work they did to remove our old door and putting in the new one. It was very strong and structurally sound. We were planning on using Lowes when we get ready to replace our French doors. We were very impressed, and we had recommended a Lowes door to our neighbor.

It was my first time using the company and I would not recommend them to anyone. Although the man was courteous; he was not on time. I had to call the company three times before they sent out a worker to my house. The worker said he did not have a choice but to charge me for having him come to my house and for the burnt out fuse. I was not happy with that.

The biggest complaint I have with the people at Lowes is that they did not have Americans do the installing; instead they had some foreigners do it. Other than that, everything went great. They had all the work laid out and finished all in one days work. I have to admit that was impressive even for me. I probably would hire them again for the same type of work.
