Little Red Lawn Care and Landscaping

He first came to my house in April to go over prices and what I wanted done. He wrote down everything I said and had ideas on how to help my lawn. For April and May he sprayed once (promised twice) and mowed like he was suppose to. He never helped my flower beds like we talked about and never sprayed the weeds as asked. The back yard flower beds were the main reason I signed up for a lawn service. I talked to him on the phone may 24th and told him I had not received my bill yet for June and asked him about when the flower beds were going to be worked. He told me he was going to come to my house to talk AGAIN about what I wanted done. He never showed on the 25th and when I called on the 30th he didn?t pick up and never returned my calls. I checked my email yesterday morning (6/16) and I saw a bill from him for June and July!? I wrote him back an email saying I have not heard from him and the whole story...he wrote back saying he did return my calls and has not received June's payment so Im behind. You would think in the age of technology I would have received one of his "calls". I guess he doesn?t believe in voicemail, text, email, or even coming to my house to find out why Im late on a payment. Bottom line is he just disappeared from doing my service. He never showed up like he was suppose to and never called. He just stopped working on my lawn. Now I have to go through the process of finding a new service. I would NOT recommend this company.
