We were told everything in their initial cleaning (required) would be done and it was not. When we contacted her she was very defensive and argued that she had done everything. Dirt and dust along floor/baseboards. Blinds had not been done "one by one". Bathtub had mildew and the bathroom was not clean. Fan blades still had a lot of dust and one had not been done at all and when informed she insisted she had done it. If this is what she called a "deep clean" we were not willing to continue with whatever a regular housecleaning would be. She was scheduled to be there 4-6 hours for the initial "deep clean" and was gone in 3. 2500 SQ Ft house. Numerous failures. We were very disappointed.
Description of Work: Just gave a light housekeeping once over not the deep clean promised.

I arrived at this home a few minutes late due to the address (multiple streets) upon arrival I found that when the initial estimate was given the client had not given proper size of home to be cleaned. Upon arrival I realized this home was too large for the estimate given. They had a larger pet, which added more work, for pick up of dog hair, I worked the entire property speaking with both homeowners, as the downstairs was used as a home office. The homeowners returned home upon completion and stated they were very pleased with the work I had completed. I was in this home 5-6 hours as quoted at the time of the estimate. The Completed Room by Room walk through with both homeowners and myself was completed upon cleaning completion. The walk through with all parties is the perfect time to state any issues with services provided. None were stated. No issues were brought to my attention. Therefore, I believe the service requested was received.
