Response from Greenville Lawn Care Service LLC
[Member name], I am sorry things did not work out and we did not meet your expectations. Our records show that we did work for you for a short time between April of 2014 and July of 2014 instead of the March 2013 that is recorded on your recent review. Our records also show that the only time the crews did not have the correct equipment (larger pole pruners) was two times when the gear box was being worked on. This is one of the few pieces of equipment that we do not need often and therefore do not have multiple back ups for, which is the only reason the crews showed up twice without equipment to get the largest bushes. In regards to showing up late, we do make every effort so stay on schedule. However, as you can imagine, through out the week if there are any rain delays, truck or equipment break downs, employees out sick, or other delays, It will possibly bump back the schedule for the rest of the week. We intentionally do not schedule on Fridays and Saturdays to leave those days as make up days if need be. We also try our best to keep clients informed if we are behind due to any sort of delay via email. Our core business is residential accounts which we either do simply mowing/edging/blowing at or accounts which are full service (mowing, edging, blowing, hedge trimming, fertilizer, mulch, etc). If there was any confusion by my employees as to what should have been addressed while at your property, since you were just looking for select bushes to be trimmed each visit (every two weeks at $80 per visit) instead of full service or mowing, I do personally apologize. We are a small family run business and we work very hard to try to please every client. If our business model and service did not match up with your needs I sincerely hope that you have found a business within the last 14 months since we last serviced your property that can meet your needs sufficiently. Best wishes, Josh Pitts GLCS (Owner)
