I’m very shocked by the unprofessionalism and very poor service by FNJ Flooring. I completely understand that some flooring jobs are harder than others, but don’t take it out on the home owner(s) and resort to utter displays of disrespect. I’ve had incredible (fast & very professional) service on my last two flooring jobs (Lowes & Home Depot). Unfortunately, this time not so much. Luis Morales (one of the owners of FNJ Flooring) was consistently disrespectful, hard to communicate with and overall very unprofessional. We had other workers on site at the time and they told us a day later that Luis Morales would openly bad mouth us to them in Spanish. We purchased our floors via Lumber Liquidators and they contracted out to FNJ Flooring for installation. My suggestion to you is... you can buy your floors from anyone you want, just don’t use FNJ Flooring for the installation. Save yourself the heartache.
