 + -1 moreThe crew showed up on time and proceeded to tear off the rotten roof of my home. By the end of the second day, the new roof - beautiful architectural shingles recommended by Phil - were installed. The roof looked spectacular down to the smallest finish details. The crew cleaned all debris and left the house looking like new. A year later, I had a leak by the chimney. Phil came out and repaired the leak at no cost. Phil is one of the most professional contractors I've worked with. He's straight up, honest and follows through with every detail. His prices are competitive, his work is uncompromising.
Description of Work: Re-roofed my house in Heritage Lakes.

 + 1 morePhil from Enslin was very prompt and professional. Within an hour of calling for him, he was on site working on an estimate. The work crew took less than a day to perform all the repairs and cleaned up the yard. I would definitely recommend them to anyone wanting to repair a roof.

 + 2 moreThe final price came in under budget, so we were very pleased.
Description of Work: We were in need of several joists replaced due to moisture damage. Phil also coordinated excellent electricians and plumbers to aid us in putting in new circuit box, remodeling 2 bathrooms, reconfiguring closets, removing unwanted attic fans and chair rails throughout hallways. They installed a glass block window in my shower. We were very pleased with the finished product. Phil was very easy to contact and always eager to make everything right.

 + -1 moreWe are pleased with him. I would highly recommend him. His name is Philip Enslin. He is pleasant and professional. His workers are neat and clean, very friendly, and helpful. They took their time to do the job right. Everybody who has seen their work has remarked about it. I have good things to say about him. You could not go wrong. He is honest and reliable. His quote was fair. One of the realtors I know told me that he wants only him to do the work. That's a good recommendation. Whatever we wanted and needed to get modified, he did it and there was no problem. Whatever he did was done very carefully. He knew what he was doing. The work which wasn't done by him or his workers, were sub contracted. They measured and made sure things were right. He paid attention to de3tails which was important to us. I would absolutely use them in the future.
Description of Work: I used Enslin Builders. He started work about 15th September and finished about first week of November. He closed down a screen porch and deck. We have gigantic sunroom with windows.
