carpet cleaners
+ -1 moreThings started out good but they did a terrible job on the floors and came back and redid them and they still look bad. The scratched the wall putting the new microwave in. They were scheduled to clean the carpets but were a no show and never have followed up.
Description of Work: Had a fire and they were the preferred provider by State Farm. They redid floors, painted, cleaned the duct work and cleaned the house

+ -1 moreI feel they were very professional. I was happy that they put on booties before they stepped on the rug, and kept them on the whole time they were cleaning the carpets. I feel they were very clean, and they tried hard not to let any bugs in the house when they were bringing things in and out.
Description of Work: DuraClean cleaned living room, bedrooms, and hallway rugs.
