Clean Freaks Cleaning Company LLC

Never dusted!!! Called owner and told her to please have girls dust. She was nice but, apparently the girls were never told or didn't care. Couldn't figure out how to clean granite floors in 8x8 powder room. If counters looked clean to them they simply didn't clean them. If they were sticky when they came they were sticky when they left. It took me a week once to find my can opener because, apparently, they didn't like where I kept it - like in plain sight instead of behind a crock pot I never use. Even after repeated pleas by my husband to dust the accent pieces in the powder room they never did. When we called to let owner know we were not going to keep their services (had to leave a voice message) and offered to talk it over with her if she wanted to call back...she never called back. So it seem that if you clean your own house, they won't bother and if you leave it a total mess, when they leave it will only be a partial mess. We had them for several months hoping it would work out as I am sick and unable to clean but it didn't.

The initial cleaners that were sent to my house did not do a good job. I was satisfied with the next cleaner I was switched to until the owner sent back the old cleaner to cover. They did a bad job as usual and when I complained to the owner, she pretty much told me that the children messed up the cleaning even though my children were upstairs when they were cleaning the floors downstairs. I explained to the owner that there was old food stuck on the floor and it possibly could not have happened after the cleaning ladies left. She still insisted that her girls cannot lie, so I guess that meant that my sister who was watching the children was lying. Note that the cleaners did not notify my sister when they were leaving, so nobody inspected what they did before they left. She and some of her cleaners have the worst customer service. I will never recommend her to anyone.

Our house has never ever been this clean!

I like the fact that they will do what I ask them to do, like if I want them to do something different like change the beds or clean the refrigerator, all I have to do is just ask them. I rate them highly.
