excellent. ON time for the price quoted, even did extra area we forgot about and he noticed. Quick and on time. I would recommend to anyone. We used him years ago when we lived in GV and moved away. NOw that I have found him again I will use him when ever we need cleaning done.

Same day service, professional, great work

Excellent work. Came the very day I called and worked quickly. Looks great!

My only complaint was he said he would be there between 12 and 1 and didn't get there until 2, although he did call around 1:15 stating he was on his way.

They were on time and moved all the furniture for me. They were in and out in about 3 hours. I would use them again because they did a really good job for me. I looked over the work afterwords and it was perfect.

The company is a very good company; I would definitely recommend them. They're clean, professional, and work with good equipment. I found the prices to be quite reasonable as well. This company has a good reputation, and their employees are always friendly and courteous. I was pleased overall with the job. I have had work done with this company for the last three years, and they have always provided me with great service; I have never had a complain. There was one man who came out to do the work that took about fours hours to complete. He cleaned the heavy traffic areas well and did a spot check when he was done. The method of cleaning was steaming but not sure of the equipment used, but it was good.

They were spectacular. They did a nice job of getting our carpet and our upholstery clean. They responded to my call quickly, as they were here within a day. They didn't leave anything overly wet. I have used them for the last 3 1/2 years now. They, in fact did our hallway and stairs for free.

Carpet Wizard always does a great job on my carpets. I use them usually one time a year and I have never complained about anything. I think they have the best deals for the best services. They will move furniture if you would like, but, I prefer to have it out for them. I would not have any problems hiring them again, or keeping them around for a while. I do not see a need to go anywhere else; I have the good service right there.

I thought the gentleman that Carpet Wizard sent out was especially kind. I called upon their services particularly for a cat urine problem I had embedded into my rugs. He used a special heavy-duty odor eliminator and made it a successful visit. He was all packed up and ready to leave when I remembered I had a small area rug that was also stained by my cat. He pulled everything back out and stayed until that too was clean.
