Best Overhead Doors & Vinyl Siding

On the morning of 3 December, I called to schedule an appointment for a garage door tune-up. Amanda asked if Monday, 7 December would be okay; I said it would. She said her husband would call Monday morning for directions. On Monday, 7 December at 10:30 A.M., I called Amanda and said I had not heard from her husband. She said she would call him. At 1:25 P.M. I called Amanda and said I had not heard from her husband. She started making excuses and said he would not be coming because he had a dental appointment, but that I could re-schedule to later in the week. I told her I would not be rescheduling and made an appointment with one of her competitors listed on Angie's List. Amanda and her husband do not value my time; however, their competitor says they will show up on time.

Called Amanda Thursday afternoon. Scheduled Greg to come out Friday morning. Greg arrived on time replaced the broken spring and recommended that I add a second. The home builder only had one spring on the door. The second spring adds some redundancy if one spring breaks. I liked the idea and had Greg install the second spring. There was no pressure at all to add the second spring. The price for just the repair of one spring would have been under $200. Excellent experience with Best Overhead. We would use again and recommend to our friends.

The people from Best Overhead Doors came when they said they would, quickly diagnosed the problem and fixed it in a timely manner. I was very pleased with their service and will definitely call them for any problem that might come up with my garage door.

Outstanding Customer Service, I called shortly after 6:30pm after my vehicle became trapped in the garage due to a broken overhead spring. They were able to come out in less than an hour and replace the spring and the price was very reasonable. I will definitely use Best Overhead Doors & Vinyl Siding again and I highly recommend them, you will be happy with their work.

It went well and now the garage door works properly. They were able to come out right away to fix the garage and I was able to make it to my appointment on time. Assured that if anything went wrong with work they did to call and they would come right back out to fix it.

I called and requested a quote to have our old garage doors (2) removed and replace them with one door. They came out on a day that was suitable for me. When Greg came he not only gave us a quote that was reasonable but also made some suggestions that we agreed would work out for the best. Once we agreed to having Greg do the work we had to wait a few days before the doors could be installed because the color door that we wanted were not in stock. This was no big deal. Once the door came in, Greg was there to install the door. There was alot of work removing the old doors and center post but Greg managed to do it all within a day. There result is awesome. He did a great job and I would use him again and also have recommended this company to others.

Called Best and with in 2 hours they were at my door. The job was accessed and I was given a quote. I asked some questions and the tech made some suggestions. They were by far not hard sell just common sense ideas. He gave me a very fair price and I was able to make my decisions on how to proceed. I was very impressed and made sure he provided a sticker to put on my door in case I needed more service at a later date. I would highly recommend.

Greg showed up on time and was very professional and friendly. He assessed the problem, gave an estimate and was able to fix the problem immediately. I would call again with any door problems.

They were excellent. My appointment was at 5:30 and I ran about 5 minutes late and they were here waiting on me. They were very courteous, professional, and thorough. Everything that was done was fully explained to me, they did not try to sell me parts I did not need, and my garage door has never operated more smoothly or quietly.

I used them to install 2 garage door openers. Highly recommended, professional and friendly. Their pricing was very fair and they gave me a price without even needing to come out and charge me a service fee (they give free estimates anyway). They were punctual, called in advance, and cleaned up after themselves. Highly recommended for garage door opener installation.

I called thinking that I would have to wait for a few days for an appointment. Imagine my surprise when I was told that they were scheduled to be in my area the same day and that they would try and fit me into the schedule. They called and then arrived todo the work in short order and had completed the job before I knew it. They even lubrucated the moving parts of the garage door and spring to get rid of an annoying squeal (that had been there for 9 years mind you) without me even asking. That was over and above what I had expected. I will definitly reccomend these guys to anyone with a garage door :-)

I called in to the office and spoke to Amanda at about 3:00. At 5:15 my garage door was fixed and I had 2 new garage door openers as well (we had none). The men who did the work were very polite and professional. the job was done perfectly. I would definitely recommend them and will use them again.

Did exactly what they said they'd do when they said they'd do it and at the price they quoted. No complaints at all and would definitely use again, as well as recommend.

They were punctual and professional. tried to up sell to over $350.00 When we tried to use the Angie's list discount of 5% they refused.

It went great. Very responsive and efficient. Nice young family man. Our car was "trapped" in the garage and Best got here within a couple of hours and installed a new spring quickly. Will call them again for sure.

Was prompt, courteous, and did what he said he would do.

Spoke with them over the phone and explained the problem that my door would start to close and then stop and go back up. They stated they thought it was possibly a bad eye or a contact in the motor. They came out, installed 2 new eyes, checked it and it worked a few times and then didn't work a few times. I told them I never had a problem with this in temperatures above 50 degrees. They said it may be a contact in the motor and if it kept doing it I would have to replace the motor. I stated that there was nothing wrong with the motor and couldn't they just fix the contact. They said that would probably not solve the problem. I felt like they just wanted to sell me a new motor rather than fixing the real issue. So they charged me $90.00 for a service call and the 2 eyes and absolutely nothing changed. I feel like my old eyes worked just fine because they didn't even test them and simply put the new eyes on so they could charge me for them. After they left I had the exact same problem as before they came and it continued, as usual, until the temperatures got above 50. So I paid them $90 bucks for nothing. Not happy!!!

These guys were GREAT! They immediately saw the problem and repaired it quickly. I had previously had the door repaired, but the last person had just put a " bandaid" on the problem. They were friendly and were timely. I will be keeping their number and passing it along to others.

We love these guys! When the big spring on our garage door snapped, both our cars were locked inside. Best Overhead Doors (Greg) responded to our call and was at our home within 1 1/2 hours. He had all the needed supplies with him, and was able to fix our garage door very quickly. We highly recommend this organization, and will use him in the future as needed. Thanks, Greg!!

We had a broken spring on our automatic door system. Even after releasing the motor, we were unable to raise the door to get our vehicle out (doesn't it always happen that way AND on a weekend!) I contacted Best Overhead Doors AFTER 7 pm on Friday night, and by 11 am Saturday the door was up and running. Greg, the owner, did a great job getting the repair completed and there was no additional charge for the weekend service. He was extremely professional, polite and punctual. I'd recommend this company to anyone looking for reliable and courteous service.
