They arrived and went right to work. They made sure that debris did not scatter and cleaned up all that was on the patio and driveway!

Went great....actually the first company that has cleaned my gutters correctly. My home is 8 years old and every year I have the gutters cleaned...Every year I have to listen to excuses from other contractors...the bank of the house is to high...I don't have a ladder that tall...After telling them up front...the back of the house is three stories...they have always gladly took my money to only clean the front gutters...So, all you guys listen up...AWESOME is AWESOME...the guy got on the roof....went over and cleaned the gutter....took 4-5 minutes tops...No excuses. Awesome will do all my work now... Thanks

The outcomes are fine. However, this is the second, and last, time that our shrubs were severely burned. After the first time two years ago, we were promised that all shrubs would be covered. It was a mess and an unsightly one. They need to either change chemicals or train their crew or both!!

I knew I had a problem when the rain was overflowing over the top of all my gutters, leading to a small amount of leaking in the lower level of my tri-level home. When I called I left a message, but he called back within 10 minutes. Kevin told me that they would be out in the next 2-3 days. I was okay with that because I knew with all the rain we had been having that other people like me who had procrastinated on getting their gutters cleaned out were most likely having the same problem. He called back to let me know what day they would be there. I was concerned because I could not be at home when they came but he said it was fine and that the would leave the bill in the front door. He called me when they had finished the job. I checked out my premises after I got home and everything looked good. Better yet, everything is working well since they cleaned out my gutters. No leaking, no water running over the tops of the gutters. Excellent customer service by this company, especially all the phone calls to give me status updates on when they were coming, that they were finished, etc... I would use this company again.

The company was really great. I enjoyed working with them. They have done previous work for me. If anything was missed, they came back, no questions asked. I couldn’t have asked for a better company. The house looked great when finished.

It went very well. He worked around my schedule. He was very polite and nothing was damaged. He covered my air conditioner when pressure washing, which other companies had not done in the past. They were careful and took care of everything very well.

They were good. The owner gave up his time to work on the deck because they were shorthanded and he did a great job. The guys that cleaned the windows did a great job as well.

I was pleased with their service. They were thorough and reasonably priced.

I contacted ACS on approximately 5/22/2013. Kevin came out promptly and provide a quote for the work requested. I followed up with a short phone conversation to ask a few questions about the quote, which Kevin answered to my satisfaction. Kevin stated that due to the amount of work that ACS currently had it would be about three weeks before he could schedule me. I had no issue with that so we set the appointment for Saturday, June 15, 2013. + Thursday, June 13 I got a call from an individual at ACS stating that they had an opening and asking if they could come out. I could not accomodate this request on that particular day because we had items that needed to be removed from the porch, outdoor speakers that had to be taken down, etc. So I reluctantly said I would need to stick with the Saturday appointment. The guy from ACS said, "no problem, we'll see you Saturday." + Saturday, June 15 I waited all morning for the folks from ACS to show up. Shortly after lunch, I called the 201-1314 number and left a message for Kevin to the effect that "I had an appointment today to have my house cleaned and so far no one has showed up or contacted me. Please let me know what's going on?" Several more hours elapsed (Kevin never called back) and finally around 4:00 PM I looked up the number of the person from ACS who had called me on Thursday (from my phone's call log) and called him up. I politely asked what time they were planning to come out. At that point he informed me that they were short-handed that Saturday and were not going to be able to get to my house that day and wanted to reschedule. Needless to say, I wasn't happy at all with those circumstances and I let it be known. I didn't use any profanity or anything like that, but I let him know in no uncertain terms that I was not happy that we had made an appointment three weeks ago and not only was he not going to show up, but no one could pick up a phone and call me to let me know. The end result of that conversation was that ACS would reschedule on Monday. After this conversation was over, I then called Kevin again at the 201-1314 number and left another voice mail expressing my displeasure with the situation. I asked that he call me to discuss the situation. No phone call was received from Kevin (or anyone from ACS for that matter) + Monday, June 17 As I suspected, ACS never showed up on Monday to do the work. Additionally, Kevin never returned either one of the messages I left for him on Saturday. I can't speak for the work that ACS does because it never got around to being completed (or more accurately, started) for me. But what I can speak to is their Punctuality and Professionalism. I gave them Failing marks in those categories. I wasted my entire Saturday waiting for ACS to show up to do the work. There were several activities my wife and I were supposed to do that day and she went without me while I waited for ACS to show up (or even a simple phone call to let me know the situation). Like most folks, my time (especially on the weekend) is extremely valuable to me and for a company to show total disregard for that is really thoughtless and unprofessional. And then not to have the decency to return any of my phone calls does not sit well with me at all. In summary, I will never hire ACS nor recommend ACS to do any type of work for me again. + Friday, June 21 Just to follow up, there has been no response from ACS to the two voice mails I left for Kevin this past Saturday. Likewise there has been no follow up from the other individual at ACS as well. If puctuality and professionalism matter to you, don't hire these guys.

I wasnt present for must of the work, but house wash and windows look great. Gutters are flowing great as well, very friendly to do business with. Would recommend this service to anyone and would reuse this company for any service they provide.

Awesome Cleaning Service did a very good job. They do a very good job with anything that they do for me. They are here shortly after I call to request a job to be done. The workers are friendly. I would use this company again. The price is fair.
