Nancy Ann is very detail oriented and pleasant! She has been cleaning our two Vacation Rentals and is willing to be flexible with her time to ensure being able to be there when we needed her. Over the years, I have lived in many houses and used several different maid services. I have never had bad service and all have been very good and I have had no complaints. So by using my past experiences with other maids as a measuring stick, I can definitely say that Nancy Ann has shown me what exceptional maid service really looks like. She has such attention to detail and she cleans and dust areas I donâ t prevent think of. I have carpet treads on the wooden steps in my garage that lead into my house and she even vacuumed those. I didnâ t think they would have been included in the service. Before she arrives, I think my house looks pretty clean. However, when she leaves I can definitely tell the difference. She is always on time and she is a very pleasant person to deal with. I certainly can recommend her without reservations and would give her a 5+ if I could.
