They’ve been pretty good. They do come out once a year because, they put a new system in my house and it’s under warranty and to maintain warranty they have to check it every year. I think it’s about $100 or so to come out and check the entire system once a year. I’d give them an A for responsiveness, they are pretty good about that.

Great! It was the first time we'd had our unit serviced in our new house. He gave us some details about the system we didn't know, and told us that our condensate pump was broken. He gave us a quote to fix it, but also said that (in this case) it was something my husband could do for less to save money (which we opted to do). I fully plan to have them back in the Spring to service our A/C unit and will be getting a quote from them when the time comes in the next few years to get a new unit(s).

All Weather Services were very professional and great with communication. Knowing them from having used them previously, i called to have them do the repair and was not interested in getting bids from multiple companies, which I explained to the girls at the office. I called Monday morning and they told me someone would be out monday afternoon. About mid afternoon on monday, I received a call from the office telling me that the repair tech they were going to send out was not permitted to also do an estimate on a new installed system so, if it was okay with me, they would have another more senior person come out Tues afternoon. This person could do the repair as well as give me an estimate on installing a new unit. Since this was what I wanted and I was in no immediate rush, I said that was fine. Tuesday morning, I received a call from the office telling me the name of the person coming out and an estimate of about when he would be out. They estimated around 2. At around 12:30, the office called back and said he had been delayed and it would now be closer to 3:30 before he would be at the house. I said that was fine. At about 1:30, I began to pass a kidney stone and ended up in the ER. At 3:15, the repairman called and said he was on his way and he'd be at the house in 10 minutes. Well, obviously I wasn't home. So I explained that I was sorry, but would have to reschedule. The tech said no problem, he got to go home early and was in no way upset that he'd nearly driv On Wed morning, the office phoned to again to make sure I was okay. They were very concerned with my wellbeing overall, not just the business end of it. I scheduled for Wed afternoon. Again, I received two phone calls from various office people asking if I was feeling well, and when the repairman was on his way he even offered to stop and get me anything I might need on his way. They inspected my unit. Replaced the necessary parts and tried to be cost efficient. Even though they do not offer warrantees on units as old as mine, he did say they would and quot;work something outand quot; should the system turn out of be more faulty than what we felt like it was. Knock on wood though....the repair worked and we've had no problems with it. A few days later, the office called and asked again how I was doing. The office asked if I was satisfied with the repairs and if everything was working okay. liked the multiple phone calls and constant updates throughout the day. It didn't leave me sitting at home all day waiting for someone to show up. The service call fee is a bit high at $89 plus they charge for the time for the tech to do the repair. Had he come out, and not done a repair then I would not have had to pay the repair cost however. So while it was a little expensive, several other places charge just to come out and look even if they don't do any work. Plus, I'm comfortable knowing that had he done the repair and suddenly the unit stopped working they would have taken into consideration my repair cost when having to put in a new system or do another repair. So overall, A+ for communication. A+ for professionalism on the part of the office staff and the re pair tech. Knowledable and friendly.

After trying to find the trouble, All Weather Services discovered a broken switch and replaced it and did a winter check up.

All Weather Services is always quick to get out to your home. They are also very knowledgeable people. The owner is a fantastically hard worker and just a first class gentleman. The workers at All Weather Services aren't the best in town, but they are willing to work extremely hard and All Weather Services has the cheapest prices in town. I will continue to use All Weather Services

They gave a detailed description of what work was to be performed and a rough estimate of the cost. They promise they would not charge anymore then what was originally said in the estimate. They are easy to make appointments with and they showed up on time for work. It took about one hour and a half to complete. The work that was performed was suitable to my expectations from the start to finish. The worker said that they were using high quality materials. I have already recommended this company to someone else. They are trustworthy; the people that came were very reliable and friendly.

I am very satisfied with All Weather Services. Over the past 12 years, I have had nothing but wonderful service. The maintenance people are always on time when they come to my house, and they always make sure to explain what they are doing, what is going on, and any repairs that need to be made. I would highly recommend them.

They have always been really good to me and this last time they came out it wasn t a very big job, but I was still surprised and pleased by how low the price for their service was. The air conditioner's drainpipe was plugged up and they tried to blow it clean. They ended up cutting a section of PVC pipe and replacing it and did a great job, too.
