I'm not sure where to start...we found someone better at the job who charged less, offered greater transparency, and didn't leave us hanging in silence past an agreed due date to the point we'll now be without A/C all summer awaiting a new unit to be built. Professional up to a point, and at least 25% higher than competitor prices for same work and parts. Be prepared to be underwhelmed and treated like a dummy who doesn't deserve to know what's going on."

(All via yelp msging) I told him I was going to buy new Rheem water heater at Home Depot. He offered to pick it up to save me the delivery charge and not charge more money!$$$ He could do it same day or next AM. I AGREED. Bought unit online from Home Depot in Summerville. Made him the contact pickup person. Sent him the order #. He picked it up. Took out & away the old unit (rusted out bottom) and put in brand new unit / cleaned up the mess) this was all done by 7pm on the SAME DAY!! I didn't order the unit until almost 1pm. He msged me a chase bank credit card payment link to pay. Easy & secure. My Mom was VERY HAPPY & GRATEFUL to Sammy at KLC. I was so HAPPY with how it all turned out I asked him if he had Venmo or cash app and sent him more money $$ directly!! Very grateful...
