Description of Work: They installed wrong 'A'coil in inside split system that did not match the outside compressor , this causing failure 2 yrs later of out side compressor. NEW service tech said Webb could have added a pressure over load valve to avoid compressor failure. I'm now out $1300 to 1900 dollars. Webb sucks !!!

+ -1 moreWas impressed that technician gave information to see if problem could be fixed without intervention. When it could not, the response time was very good (w/in hours). The problem was diagnosed and fixed. Both of the other systems were checked and one needed coolant, which was added. Their price was very fair for the service call and repairs. I will use them again. It is good to know that we have a local vendor that is so competent and professional.
