Description of Work: We were away when the water company read the meter and shut off the water due to high consumption from a leak. The water company contacted me and I called Ryan. He arrived at the house in less than 30 minutes. I let him in remotely and he verified that there was no leak in the house, and we decided it must be in the main supply line to the house. He turned the water on low so we could locate the leak which we did the next morning, it was a Saturday and he came out first thing in the morning and fixed it . It was hard work as the water line was buried 2-3 feet down.

Description of Work: Replaced water heater

Description of Work: Ryan came out and investigated a leak I had from my bathtub in my master bathroom. To my surprise I had a weakening subfloor. I had to replace my old outdated tub and he put in a new one. While we had the tub out he replace the floor underneath with more suitable flooring. The current stuff was old. then before the floor was replaced he fixed the leaking cast iron pipes and out in the more suitable pvc piping used in newer homes today. I thought it was a small price to pay due to the damage that would occur if not repaired. Ryan was punctual and arrived when he said he would be there. After the job was done I did have to get a some shetrock work done around the tube and I had to fix the tile but that is not uncommon, and I knew that would be the case bc he made me aware of that before the job was started. He had the job done within two days and then he was gone. The space was clean and tidy after he left.
